We have a great harvesting table on the site which breaks everything down by type and tier – including the skill level needed. Sixes recently added tier 8 so that it’s completely up-to-date again. I have this bookmarked as a quick reference, along with the EQtraders rares table. Between the two, I find I can answer most any question that arises to do with raws.
